We currently deliver to Norway and the USA.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This means that we have saved your order in our system and have started to process the order.

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking code in your e-mail within 24 hours after the package has left our warehouse.

Delivery Details

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

• If the date of the last order is before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time, it will be processed the same day:
• Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)
• Delivery time: 4-7 days (Mon-Sat)

Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered free to your home. There is also no minimum order quantity.

Late Orders
If the maximum time for order processing and dispatch has expired and your order has still not arrived, there is no need to panic. Allow up to two extra days, and don't forget to use the tracking code. If the package has still not arrived, you can contact us and provide your order number.

Damaged or incorrect order
Have you received your package, but it is damaged or the goods are wrong (e.g. wrong size or color)? No problem! Take pictures of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us by providing your order number.
